I loved the packaging, because I live inside an inflated air bag to protect it, and when I took it Out I was inside another Bubble Out bag (with air bombs) that protected it even more. The material is fine, the lights turn on perfectly well, I tested it, I have not used it, but the same the load with a usb connector, when it is already fully charged, it warns with an alarm that has already completed the charge and the light is no longer red, if not green. It is as they describe it in the publication and even more beautiful. Does not feel heavy, especially in the eye area, there is a mattress like soft silicone, or some similar material, size re line and re well, as you see me in the photo I uploaded, thank you very much

Great Product for the price. Put it on red for starters for 20mins then alternated throughout the rest. Works very well and light up entire face. Will use more in future but Couldnt ask for a better LED mask at the price range to be this effective. Worth it

Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
